How does the ServiceNow vROps Integration work?

  1. When there is a new or updated business application in ServiceNow, ZigiOps detects it automatically and transforms all the data, based on a predefined mapping. ZigiOps allows advanced mapping and filtering to fit all of your requirements.

  2. When ready, ZigiOps transfers the data, and enriches the vROps topology with the ServiceNow relations between the business application and VMware virtual machines. All the necessary relations are updated in real time and the topology in vROps is kept up to date.

  3. When there are any updates in business applications in ServiceNow, ZigiOps collects the changes and updates the vROps topology accordingly.
