Connected System Configuration

Follow the steps below to add your instance as a connected system.

  1. Log into your ZigiOps instance.

  2. Navigate to Connected Systems → Add New System → SMTP and configure the following parameters: 

    • URL → This is the URL of the SMTP server, followed by its port. For example, mailserver.example.com:57.

    • Connection Type → This is the connection type of the SMTP server.

    • Username → This is the username (usually email address) of the SMTP server.

    • Password → This is the password for the SMTP server username.

    • Proxy Settings → Enables the usage of a proxy server.

  3. Examine the settings and if they are correct, click the Save button to save the system.
