Uninstall the Remote Agent

Uninstall the Remote Agent on Windows

You must perform the uninstallation using a Windows Administrator account. To begin the uninstallation process, you must run the uninstaller file with the "Run as Administrator" option.

Note that if the "Run as Administrator" option is not available, you should start an elevated Command Prompt instance and execute the java -jar "<ZigiOpsRemoteAgent>\Uninstaller\uninstaller.jar" command.

1. Run the ZigiOps Remote Agent uninstaller from the ZigiOps Remote Agent installation folder.

2. Click the Uninstall button and wait for the uninstallation process to complete.

3. Click the Quit button to close the uninstaller.

Uninstall the Remote Agent on Linux

You must perform the uninstallation using a Linux Super User account. To begin the uninstallation process, you must run the uninstaller.

1. Run the ZigiOps Remote Agent uninstaller by executing the sudo java -jar "<ZigiOpsRemoteAgent>/Uninstaller/uninstaller.jar" command.

2. Click the Uninstall button and wait for the uninstallation process to complete.

3. Click the Quit button to close the uninstaller.
