Bug Fixes

  • The Kubernetes systems fail during initialization.

  • All attachments are found when multiple attachments are available for a Salesforce case. Still, data for only the first attachment was collected, and only one attachment was added to the “extract” document.

  • Fixed unhandled exceptions for the web sockets.

  • Attachment transfer from Remedy to Jira fails.

  • ServiceNow schema discovery fails when the response from the “db_objects” table is paginated.

  • The query for journals from Ivanti fails with a "no mod plan" error.

  • The create task and linking to CI are not working for the "Create Incident" action of the “OBM events to Ivanti incidents” integration template.

  • The metadata loading in the Data Explorer page was stuck when testing the connection in the ZigiOps UI.

  • Transferring Remedy attachments to Azure DevOps didn’t work as expected.

  • An issue with the create/update actions for Jira is caused by a wrong internal query when both “issuelinks” and “status” are mapped together, and the “issuelinks” is before the “status” in the mapping.

  • Unable to start ZigiOps as a process on Linux caused by the “zigiops.pid” file.

  • Dynatrace integration fails to generate the query when "rankedimpacts" is used in a trigger condition.

Platform Features and Improvements

  • Introduced support for “raw-text” field types to the Azure DevOps comment collection.

  • Introduced support for “raw-description” field types to the Azure DevOps "workitem" to discover “project” and “project.work_item_type” collections.

  • Introduced support for ServiceNow “comments” and “worknotes” ordered by time.

  • Reduced the redundancy of the HTTP requests when fetching the schema during a new integration setup.

  • Introduced the ability to report consistent CI identifiers when reporting topology data based on source fields when reporting data to Operations Agent.

  • Introduced support for integrating Freshdesk as a source system.

  • ZigiOps users should not be able to see internal RabbitMQ details.

  • Added the ability for the ZigiOps Remote Agent to identify against a ZigiOps cloud instance.

  • Enabled TLS certificate verification for RabbitMQ communication from ZigiOps Remote Agent instances.

Additional Content

  • Added Freshdesk tickets to Jira issues integration template.
