What is ZigiOps Remote Agent?

The ZigiOps Remote Agent is a Java application that runs as a Windows service or UNIX daemon on a server in your local network. It enables secured communication and data movement between your ZigiOps Cloud instance and products installed in your local environment by initiating all communications with your ZigiOps Cloud instance.

It's recommended for customers who want to use the ZigiOps Cloud solution to integrate on-premise products but have limited network access.
