Zabbix trigger events to ServiceNow events

Log in to your ZigiOps instance.
Go to ZigiOps → Configurator and load the integration template.
Select the desired Integrated Systems and Integrated Systems, and click the Save button to continue.
Enable the integration from the Slider button located in the middle section of the screen.

When there is a new event in Zabbix, ZigiOps will automatically detect it, based on a predefined time interval, and transform all the details according to the pre-defined mapping. ZigiOps provides advanced mapping and filtering to fit your specific requirements.
Once transformed, all the necessary data will be moved to ServiceNow as a new event.
All new events created in Zabbix, will be transferred to ServiceNow in real time and all the data in ServiceNow will be kept up to date by ZigiOps.
