  1. Log in to your ZigiOps instance.

  3. Select the desired Integrated Systems and Integrated Systems.

  4. Update the correlation configuration by replacing the default Jira custom correlation field (customfield_10100) with the custom correlation field you've created earlier and click the Save button to continue.

  5. Enable the integration from the Slider button located in the middle section of the screen.

How does the Jira Azure DevOps Integration work?

  1. When there is a new task in Jira, ZigiOps will automatically collect it, based on a predefined time interval, and transfer it to Azure DevOps as a new task. All necessary fields will be transformed and also moved to Azure DevOps (based on the defined mapping in ZigiOps).

  2. When there is an update on the Azure DevOps task, ZigiOps will pick it up and log the corresponding data in the Jira task with all the necessary fields (comments, attachments, custom fields, and more).

  3. When the Jira task is updated or closed, ZigiOps will update the corresponding Azure DevOps task with the applicable information or close it accordingly.
