Environment Prerequisites

Connected Systems Configuration
Follow the steps below to add your instance as a connected system.
Log into your ZigiOps instance.
Navigate to Connected Systems → Add New System → Generic Web Listener and configure the following parameters:
Incoming Data Format → Select JSON as an option.
Document Extract Path → Input the path to the desired record(s) in the request body. For example,
records/items.
Examine the settings; if they are correct, click the Save button to save the system.
