How does the OpsBridge ServiceNow Integration work?

  1. This is an example of backsync of OpsBridge events that are already transformed and logged as incident in ServiceNow. When there are any updates or changes in the ServiceNow incident, ZigiOps will automatically collect them, and transfer them back to the corresponding OpsBridge event.

  2. All fields will be synced back, including state, severity, priority, assigned user, assignment group and more.

  3. When the ServiceNow incident is closed, ZigiOps will close the corresponding event in OpsBridge accordingly.
